Things to Bring:
When you are moving, there are some important things to bring with you when you are military. Here is a list:
- Social Security Number(s) and residence address; landlord names & address(es) for the past 2 years.
- Name(s) and address(es) for each employer for the past 2 years.
- 1 month pay stubs.
- Previous 2 years W-2's and/or signed taxed returns for self-employed or commissioned income, P&L for current year for the self-employed 5). Name(s), address(es) account number(s) and balance(s) on all checking accounts, stocks, bonds, IRA's & 401K.
- Copy of last 2 month's bank statements.
- Address(es) of other Real Estate owned.
- Certificate of Eligibility, DD214 or Statement of Service if VA loan.
- Sales contract
- Money for credit report/appraisal.
